In a bowl, add all ingredients but water in a big bowl and give a good stir and mix all ingredients well.
Then pour in water and blend everything together until have a smooth batter with no lumps.
The batter should not be thick or too runny, as you see in the photos.
Add 1tbsp butter or vegetable oil to a pan. Pour one ladle of the batter into the pan and spread it like a pancake.
Cook 3 minutes, each side. Add butter or oil, if required.
Garnish pancakes with fresh herbs and vegetables such as: chopped coriander / dill or onions and sprinkle garlic powder. Serve them with your favourite sauce, tomato ketchup or chutney. I used sweet chilli and Greek yogurt.
