In a bowl or mug mix instant coffee with sugar. Add cold water.
Add cold water. Blend it constantly with hand for 5-6 minutes or with electric blender for 1 minute, until your coffee mixture reaches to a fluffy and rich creamy texture.
Boil the milk. Divide creamy coffee mixture in the mugs. Add over the boiled milk.
Stir it. You can make a big batch of cappuccino and store it in the fridge for 2-3 days.
