Melt some butter in the pan. Place pieces of cooked chicken into the pan. Season with salt and pepper and fry cooked chicken on both sides until golden brown. Remove fried chicken into a bow, and keep as much melted butter in the pan as you can for frying the onions.
Slice onions into thin half rings. Add it to the same pan with melted butter that we used for frying chicknen and fry them until soft and slightly golden.
Now, add fried chicken to the onions and gently mix them.
Squeeze lemon juice all over the ingredients and add saffron water and allow to simmer for 5-6 minutes.
Whisk the eggs, season with salt and pepper and pour over the chicken and withouth blending eggs with other ingredients, Cover the pan and cook until the eggs have set.
