In a pan, toast sunflower seeds for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Do same with walnuts. Remove toasted walnuts.
and toast the flour until change the colour.
Add toasted sun flower seeds, walnuts and flour to a food processor, blend it until all seeds and nuts are broken.
For making syrup, combine water, sugar, vanilla extract and butter/Ghee together. Place it on a medium heat and bring it to a boil.
Add raisins-candied orange zest
and syrup to the the sun flower paste and combine until well incorporated.
Next transfer it into a mould. I used a deep bowl. Pop it in the fridge for 2 hours
and voila it is ready. This halwa has a soft and moist texture with a pleasant flavour.
