wash, peel and slice potatoes. Add them to salted water and allow to cook until soft.
Remove from the pan and drain it.
Use one of theses mashers.
Add it in a bowl and mash it.
Now add rice flour, season with salt and chilli flakes.
Mix together and knead with hand until smooth.
Divide it into medium size balls.
Take one of potato balls and make it flat. Place some grated cheese in the middle of flatten potato and give a ball shape again.
Repeat same process with remaining ingredients.
Heat the oil in a pan. Place each potato ball in the pan. Gently press each one down and make it flat.
Fry each side for 2-3 minutes and then flip over for other side. Voila, our gorgeous mashed potatoes are ready. They are delicious. Just have a look
