Heart Box Cake کیک شکل جعبه شکلات

It’s fun and very easy to prepare such a beautiful cute-sweet edible heart shape box.

Ingredients

  • Pink fondant
  • sponge cake
  • chocolate
  • heart shape cookie cutter

Method

I baked my sponge cake but you can use pre-made sponge cake. Use heart shape cutter and cut out cake, set aside.

Sprinkle some flour on the working board. Roll out fondant. Now Cut out heart shape as the lid of the box. Put it on a parchment paper over night to get dry.

Roll out rest of the fondant like a thin and long rectangle shape. Then with using a knife trim both sides. So now you have a long strip.

Melt some chocolate and put a coating of the melted chocolate on the heart cake. Now take long strip fondant and wrap it around the heart shape cake and trim the end off. Put the chocolates top of cake. That’s it, a tasty heart box cake.

طرز تهیه
برای درست کردن این شیرینی قشنگ می تونید کیک اسفنجی حاضری بگیرید و یا خودتون در منزل یک کیک اسفنجی ساده درست کنید. با کاتر قلبی شکل یک کیک را برش دهید.

روی سطح کار را کمی آردی کنید . خمیر فوندانت را با وردنه باز کرده و با همان کاتر قلبی شکل یک برش از خمیر برداشته و کنار بگذارید تا خشک شود( 7-6 ساعت) از این برش فوندانت به عنوان در جعبه شکلات استفاده خواهد شد.

باقی فوندانت را با وردنه به صورت یک نوار باریک مستطیل شکل درآورده و با کارد دو طرف نوار را صاف کنید. کیک قلبی شکل را روی نوار گذاشته و مطابق اندازه آنخمیر را برش دهید.

کمی شکلات سفید را آب کرده و دور کیک را پوشش دهید. نوار فوندانت را که قبلن برش داده و آماده کردید دور کیک بچسبانید و قسمت اضافی را با کارد یا قیچی جدا کنید.

شکلات های کاکائویی را روی کیک بگذارید . کیک جعبه شکلات را در ظرف مورد نظرتان قرار داده و در آن را رویش بگذارید و مقداری اسپرینکل در اطرف کیک پخش کنید.

Fortune cookie

Ingredients

½ cup plain flour

½ cup sugar

2 egg whites

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp vegetable oil

1 ½ tsp cornstarch

¼ tsp salt

2tsp water

Method

In a bowl, add the egg whites, oil, water, lemon juice and vanilla. Whisk until the eggs are frothy.

Add flour, cornflour, sugar, and salt to the egg mixture. Whisk until you have a smooth batter.

Divide the batter in two separate bowls. Keep 1tbsp of plain batter for later. Add your favourite colour to the batter and mix well.

Then refrigerate them for 2 hours. Meanwhile, line your baking sheets with parchment paper. On the small pieces of paper write down your words.

Preheat the oven to 160C.

After 2 hours, take 1 tbsp batter for each cookie and with the back of a spoon spread out a thin circle batter.

Now for making heart shapes on the cookies, use a drop of plain batter or colour batter and using a toothpick, create a heart with tail or plain dots ( as you see in the photos).

Bake them in the oven for 6-8 minutes or until outer edge is brown. Keep an eye in them because every oven is different.

 

Once cookies are done, now you should do rest of process faster, because cookies goes hard quickly.

Flip cookies over and place the fortune in the middle of cookie and fold in half and put it on the edge of a bowl to keep the shape ( as you see in the photo)

Chocolate soup

Valentine’s day is a celebration of romance in many countries around the world. In Iran from ancient times there is an Iranian festival that is known as the Iranian Day of Love (Sepandarmazgaan) that on 24th Feb and it was a special feast of the women and girls. Men used to make them presents, all women and girls were treated as queens and whatever they demanded would be done by their men.

Chocolate soup

Few years ago I had one of my best hot chocolate in Cafe Wedle, in Warsaw. It was just a piece of heaven. Very rich, with different flavours and served along with a glass of warm water. Because hot chocolate was soooo rich and my lips were sealed. So I though the following recipe ‘ Chocolate soup’ would be a lovely dessert for Day of Love .

Show me a person who does not like chocolate, or maybe there is someone who hate chocolate? If you hate chocolate, I have a good news. With this recipe you will be a serious chocolate lover. It’s basically pure liquid hot chocolate served in a bowl, jar or a wee pot.

. In some recipes with adding thickening agent such as cornstarch and egg yolk, make a thick hot chocolate. But I personally prefer to use more chocolate as a thickener and make a rich hot chocolate. Just do not forget to use good and healthy dark chocolate Brands.

Ingredients

500ml milk

400g good dark chocolate

1tbsp cocoa powdered

1tbsp food flavouring ( mint, strawberry, rose)

Method

Heat the milk in a large pot until boiling. Drop the chocolate into the boiling milk and stir until chocolate melts and smooth.Add the cocoa powder and food flavouring to the melted chocolate, stir together until it becomes a smooth paste and remove from the heat.Serve it hot in a jar, bowl or a wee pot. Garnish with pieces of cookies or biscuits.
