- parchment paper
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 orange/lemon zest
- Heat the oven to 180C degree.In a bowl, add egg whites, honey and orange/lemon zest. Beat the egg whites by hand
until they foam. Add chopped almonds and mix again.
- Add chopped almonds and mix again.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Spoon the mixture on the baking tray. Slightly make it flat.
- Place it in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Lets cool down and then remove from baking tray to a plate.
