Coloured sugar

White or brown sugar is one of the ingredients in cooking and baking. However, coloured sugar is not easy to find and I have previously ordered it online. But today I decided to make my own coloured sugar.

I am super happy about the result. It is super easy and cheap to provide coloured sugar at home and you can store them for months.

You may use coloured sugar for decoration of cup cakes, cakes and fruits.

Ingredients

  • White sugar
  • food colouring
  • plastic bag

Method?????

I do not mention the amounts of sugar or food colouring as you can add more food colour for more intense colour or add more sugar for brighter colour. So, Pour the sugar in the plastic bag. Add some drops of food colouring to the sugar.

Seal the bag, shake the bag and knead the sugar in the bag until food colour and sugar mixed well.

In this stage, we should dry the sugar. I suggest 3 ways, and you can choose one of them.

– Lay the coloured sugar out on a tray. It will dry in several minutes.

– pop it into a baking tray. Lined with parchment paper. Spread it in on the tray and cook it in 50C degree for 5 minutes.

– pop it in a pan and heat it for 2 minutes.

Once the sugar is cooled down. Break all lumps with your fingers or place it into a strainer and  shake it until we get all of sugar out of strainer 😊

طرز تهیه شکر رنگی

شکر یکی از اصلی‌ترین مواد در شیرینی پزی هست. شکر رنگی قیمتش گرونه ولی طرز تهیه اش در منزل فوق‌العاده آسون و ارزونه و میشه شکر رو در رنگهای زیادی تهیه و در بطری رأی ماهها نگه داری کرد.

شکر رنگی در تزیین کیک کاپ کیک و حتی میوه‌ها فوق‌العاده عالیه و شکل و زیبایی و خاصی به شیرینی پزی شما خواهد داد. من چند وقت پیش طرز تهیه انگورهای شکری رو به اشتراک گذاشتم که با استفاده از همین شکر های رنگی درست کرده بود.

مواد مورد نیاز

شکر سفید

رنگ مجاز خوراکی

کیسه پلاستیکی

طرز تهیه

من میزان شکر و رنگ رو ننوشتم برای اینکه می تونید خودتون میزان اون رو کم و زیاد کنید .مثلن یک پیمانه شکر رو با 5 قطره رنگ مخلوط کنید. اگر خواستید میی تونید پر‌رنگ تر کنید با اضافه کردن رنگ و یا کم رنگتر با اضافه کردن شکر.

شکر را داخل یک پلاستیک زیپ دار ریخته و چند قطره رنگ را به آن افزوده و بعد با دست روی پلاستیک فشار دهید و چند بار پلاستیک را تکان دهید تا کاملن شکر رنگی شود.

در این مرحله می‌توانید می بایست شکر را خشک کرد . برای این کار می‌توانید

شکر را برای یکساعت در یک محل خشک و خنک قرار داده تا خشک شود.

یا شکر را داخل تابه ریخته و روی گاز قرار دهید و برای 2-1 دقیقه مرتب هم بزنید تا خشک شودو بعد از روی حرارت بردارید.

یا اینکه داخل سینی فر را با کاغذ روغنی پوشانده – شکر را روی کاغذ پخش کنید ودر فر با 50 درجه سانتیگراد و برای 7-8 دقیقه حرارت دهید تا خشک شود

وقتی یکی از این مراحل را برای خشک کردن شکر انجام دادید می‌توانید یا با انگشت توده شکرهای قلمبه شده رااز هم بازکنید و یا شکر را از الک رد کنید. همین
