In summer time smoothies are great solution. You can make tens of smoothies with all fruits that you like and treat yourself and family members and friends with beautiful and scrumptious smoothies.


  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 large slices of melons
  • 2 cups mixed frozen fruits
  • Vanilla yogurt
  • Milk
  • Honey
  • Nuts: almonds – walnuts or pistachio


Peel and slice bananas and set aside. Cut melons into small pieces. Defrost frozen fruits.
Put your choice of fruit into the blender with 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, 1 cup milk and 2 tbsp honey. Blend until smooth.
Once they are ready. Stir each one separately and serve in a glass and garnish with crushed nuts.


اسموتی یا معجون خودمون

اسموتی یک نوع نوشیدنی غلیظ و سرد هست که از پوره کرده میوه ها ی تازه و یا یخ زده درست میشه که با ماست – شیر یا بستنی مخلوط میکنن و برای شیرین کردنش از خرما – عسل- شکر استفاده میکنن. فکر میکنم اسموتی قابل مقایسه با نوشیدنی معجون باشه . در فصل تابستون معجون یا به قول فرنگی ها اسموتی خیلی میچسبه. شما می تونید دهها اسموتی و حتی بیشتر را با مخلوط کردن میوه ها ی تازه و یا یخ زده با هم درست کنید. امروزه اسموتی در بیشتر کشورهای دنیا طرفدار داره ودر هر کشوری مناسب با ذائقه ی مردم اون کشور اسموتی ها رو درست میکنن.-

مواد لازم

دو موز رسیده
سه تکه طالبی
دو پیمانه میوه های مخلوط یخ زده یا تازه شامل توت فرنگی – تمشک- گیلاس-
ماست طعم دار : من ماست با طعم وانیل استفاده کردم
مقداری آجیل شامل مغز گردو – مغز بادام یا مغز پسته



موزها را پوست گرفته و کنار بگذارید. طالبی هار ا خرد کنید. میوه های مختلط که شامل توت فرنگی …. بود را هم کنار بگذارید. حالا هر کدام از میوه های آماده شده را جداگانه داخل غذاساز یا مخلوط کن ریخته و همراه با نصف پیمانه ماست – یک پیمانه شیر و دو ق غ عسل مخلوط کنید.
وقتی همگی را جداگانه آماده کردید در ظرف مورد نظر سرو کنید و روی آنها مقداری از اجیل های خرد شده را بریزید.

Iranian cuisine is a combination of rice with meat ( chicken, beef, lamb, fish, turkey), nuts, fruits, dried and fresh herbs and vegetables. Iranian food is a celebration of flavor, colour and spices such as: saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, dried rose petals, dried limes, cumin, .... I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
