This pizza is incredibly tasty, amazing and easy to make . Just look at the fried bread of pizza and tell me am i right or wrong :).
Ingredients for dough
- 250 g plain flour
- 250 ml taped water
- 10 g dried yeast
- Pinch of Salt
Ingredients for topping
- 400 g chopped tomatoes
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- Some fresh basil leaves
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pinch of salt
- Olive oil
In a large bowl with flour, add pinch of salt and mix together. Dissolve yeast in 250 ml water and pour it on flour. Combine the flour. If it stick to your hand, add a little bit flour and knead until do not stick to your hand.. Cover the bowl with a towel to prove for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, prepare your topping for pizza. Heat the oil in a pan, add chopped onion and garlic, cook until soft. Add chopped tomato and salt. Allow to cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Once the dough is ready, put some flour on the board, and place dough on it. Press the dough with your hand to take out air. Then, cut dough into two large portions or small portions.
Now, heat the oil in a pan. Oil should be very hot.
Take one dough portion, and open it with rolling pin. Now, put it inside the hot oil. Allow to fry and then turn it other side. It is ready once it is crispy and golden. Place crispy bread on a plate and top it with sauce, some basil leaves and pieces of mozzarella cheese.
