Easy nut energy bar

Hi lovely people. If you are very busy that have no time to eat your food, a delicious and good solution is nut energy bar that is a good sources of protein and carbohydrate.



  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup almond
  • ½ cup sesame seed
  • ½ cup pistachio
  • ½ cup cashew
  • ½ cup pumpkin seed

For syrup

  • 1 cup white or brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • Half a lime or lemon juice
  • pinch of salt



Roast all of nuts in a pan for 5 minutes. Keep stirring and once they roasted remove from the heat.

In a pot add all ingredients for syrup. Stir together and then simmer the syrup on low heat for 5 minutes. Pour the syrup on nuts, combine together and let to cook for 2 minutes.


Line your cake mould with parchment paper or grease it. Pour nuts mixture in it and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours. Remove from the mould and cut it into small pieces.

آجیل عسلی

اگرسر کار یا کلاس درس سرتون آنقدرشلوغه که وقت غذا خوردن ندارید یک راه حل خوب و خوشمزه این آجیل عسلی هست که منبع خوب پروتئین و کربوهیدارت هست و می تونه انرژی کافی برای ادامه ی روز بهتون بده. خیلی هم سریع و آسان تهیه میشن.

مواد لازم

یک پیمانه گردو

یک پیمانه بادام

نصف پیمانه کنجد

نصف پیمانه پسته

نصف پیمانه بادام هندی

نصف پیمانه تخم کدو

مواد لازم برای شیره

یک پیمانه شکر سفید یا قهوه ای

نصف پیمانه عسل

نصف لیمو ترش

کمی نمک

طرز تهیه

تمام آجیل ها را داخل تابه به مدت 5 دقیقه بو داده و از روی حرارت کنار بگذارید. داخل یک قابلمه شکر را با عسل – آبلیمو و نمک هم زده و برای 5 دقیقه روی حرارت کم قرار دهید. سپس شیره را روی آجیل ها ریخته و همه ی مواد را با هم مخلوط کرده و برای دو دقیقه روی حرارت گاز قرار دهید.


داخل قالب کیک را یا با کاغذ آشپزی پوشانده و یا روغنی کنید. آجیل ها را داخل قالب ریخته و بگذارید برای 3-2 ساعت در یخچال بماند.

بعد از این مدت آجیل عسلی را از قالب خارج کرده و به قطعه‌های کوچک برش دهیدد. فوق‌العاده ترد و خوشمزه هستند.

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
