Vegetables and fruits decoration

Making a creative and colourful salad plate with carving with vegetables and fruits carving is very relaxation job, lots of fun and result is really cool.




  • Red- yellow bell peppers
  • Radish
  • Strawberries
  • Spring onion



Chop the radish half way through on opposite sides.

Make several elliptical cuts around the strawberry.

Cut bell pepper in half. Cut out triangles around the side of the bell pepper. Carefully cut the skin from the flesh of the bell pepper and peel it back.

Keep all these fruits and vegetables in a separate bowl with cold water for about 1-2 hours. This will keep them fresh and will help them to bloom like flower.

تهیه کردن سبزیجات و میوه‌های از طریق تزیین کردن اونها هم یک کار ابتکاری هست – هم کلی سر آدم گرم میشه و نتیجه ی کار خیلی زیباست و باعث میشه به سفره و میز غذا زیبایی بیشتری بده.

طرز تهیه

برای درست کردن گل‌های تربچه ای – هر تربچه رو از بالا تا وسط تربچه برش ضربدری می دیم.

فلفل دلمه رو از وسط نصف کنید. دور فلفل دلمه رو به شکل زیگزاگ برش بدید.

ریشه ی و قسمت سبز پیازچه ها را ببرید. قسمت سفید پیازچه رو با چاقو برش ضربدری بدید.

روی بدنه ی هر توت فرنگی برش های مایل و رو به پایین بدید و بالای هر برش یک برش دیگر بزنید.

تمام سبزیجات و میوه‌ها رو در کاسه های پر از آب یخ به صورت جداگانه برای یک تا دو ساعت قرار بدید تا مثل گل باز بشوند و تازه هم بمانند.

Iranian food is a celebration of flavor, colour and spices such as: saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, dried rose petals, dried limes, cumin, .... I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
