Cheddar cheese Mayonnaise sandwich

This is very simple, cold, plain, easy sandwich with satisfying taste. Simply with 3 ingredients would be ready.

Ingredients

  • Slices of white or brown breads
  • 2 tbsp Mayo sauce
  • 50 g grated cheddar cheese

Method

In a bowl with grated cheese, add Mayo sauce. Mix throughly until combine well. Spread cheese mixture on one of bread slices and covering all surface of bread and top with other piece of bread. Cut into round or triangle shape.

ساندویچ پنیر چدار و سس مایونز

یک ساندویچ ساده – سرد و آسان که خیلی خوشمزه هست و حتمن از طعمش لذت می‌برید . این ساندویج فقط با سه ماده ی اولیه تهیه میشه و خرج زیای نداره. اگر دوست داشتید می تونید مثلن پیازچه هم به پنیر اضافه کنید ولی ساده‌اش هم عالی میشه.

مواد لازم

چند ورق نان قهوه ای یا سفید برشی

دو ق غ سس مایونز

پنجاه گرم پنیر چدار رنده شده

طرز تهیه

داخل یک‌کاسه پنیر رنده شده را با سس مایونز خوب هم بزنید. مقداری از مخلوط پنیر را روی برشی از نان پخش کنید و برش دیگر را روی پنیر گذاشته و به صورت گرد یا مثلثی یا هر برشی که دوست دارید برش دهید.

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
