Persian style chicken omelette with fried onion

Omelette is a dish made from beaten eggs, duck, goose, quail , ostrich egg…fried in butter or oil. Sometimes omelette is plain and sometimes you can add other ingredients and give more flavour.

I love any dish made from eggs : Boiled, fried, scrambled and poached eggs all are not only fantastic and tasty also full of goodness.


3 eggs
One skinless, boneless  chicken breast, cooked and shredded
One large onion, chopped
Salt, chilli powder to taste
Olive oil
Slices of Persian flat bread or tortilla bread


Peel and finely chop onion. Melt the butter or heat the oil in a pan and fry onion until get gold colour. Put it aside. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and chilli powder and beat well with a fork. Add shredded chicken and beaten eggs to the pan with fried onion and let it cook and serve it with flat bread.


املت مرغ و پیاز سرخ شده

املت به غذایی گفته می‌شود که ماده ی اصلی و اولیه ی آن تخم مرغ می باشد . البته با تخم اردک – غاز – شتر مرغ یا بلدرچین هم البته تهیه میشود.

تخم مرغ چه به صورت آبپز یا انواع املت هم خوشمزه هستن و هم همه جا طرفدار داره و محبوب است و هم اینکه املت خیلی فوریفوتی تهیه میشه. مخصوصن برای روزهای تنبلی یا تعطیلی عالین 🙂 املت از تخم مرغ همزده در کره یا روغن درست می‌شود. گاهی مواد دیگه ای هم به املت اضافه میکنن که باعث تنوع اون میشه .امروز املت مرغ با پیاز سرخ شده درست کردم.


مواد لازم

سه عدد تخم مرغ

یک عدد سینه ی مرغ بدون پوست و استخوان ( آبپز شده)

یک عدد پیاز درشت

نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم

کره یا روغن مایع



طرز تهیه

پوست پیاز را جدا کرده و خلالی خرد کنید. کره را آب کنید یا روغن را در تابه گرم کرده و پیاز رو سرخ کنید تا طلایی شود. گوشت مرغ را رشته رشته کرده و روی پیاز سرخ شده بریزید. تخم مرغ ها را با نمک و فلفل هم بزنید. مایع تخم مرغ را روی پیاز ریخته تا خوب پخته شود.
