Brushchetta is one of tastiest starters or snacks 🙂


2 finely diced tomatoes
1 grated clove of garlic
Slices of baguette bread
2 Tbsp extra olive oil
1 Tsp balsamic vinegar
Few fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl with diced tomatoes add grated garlic, vinegar, oil , mix all ingredient together.
Toast slices of bread in the oven at 220 C for about 6-8 minutes and then top toasted

breads with mixture of tomatoes.

بروسکتا -بروشکتا

بروسکتا یا بروشکتا یک پیش غذای ایتالیایی هست که بر روی نون گریل شده سیر خام رنده شده و روغن زیتون زده میشه و با گوجه فرنگی و ریحان سرو میشه. فوق العاده خوشمزه هست.

مواد لازم

دو عددگوجه فرنگی ریز خرد شده

یک حبه سیر رنده شده

یک عدد نان باگت

دو ق غ روغن زیتون

یک ق غ سرکه ی بالزامیک

چند شاخه ریحان تازه ی خرد شده

نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم

طرز تهیه

نان باگت را به چند قطعه برش می دهیم.روی نانها روغن زیتون زده میشه.نان ها رو داخل فر قرار داده و با حرارت 220 درجه ی سانتیگراد برای 8-6 دقیقه رو گریل می کنیم.گوجه ها و ریحان رو ریز خرد می کنیم. سیر هم رنده میشه.داخل یک پیاله سرکه ی بالزامیک نمک فلفل و روغن زیتون رو با هم مخلوط می کنیم. گوجه سیر و ریحان خرد شده را اضافه می‌کنیم و روی قطعه نان های گریل شده قرار می دیم.

I am an archaeologist, photographer, a cooking teacher, and very interested to introduce Persian and Azerbaijani meals, desserts and beverages to people from different cultures, as I love to try food from all over the world. Iranian cuisine is a combination of rice with meat ( chicken, beef, lamb, fish, turkey), nuts, fruits, dried and fresh herbs and vegetables. Iranian food is a celebration of flavor, colour and spices such as: saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, dried rose petals, dried limes, cumin, .... I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
