Spiralized curly potatoes

Recently I bought spiralizer gadget. It has different blades and I made my crispy, curly potato fries.



  • 2-3 PotatoesDSC_0790
  • Salt
  • Red pepper
  • paprika
  • garlic powder
  • Oil



Peel the potatoes. Slice both ends of potatoes. Put the potato in the gadget and spiralize. Soak in the cold water to rinsed the starch off.Deep fry for few minutes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.

به تازگی یکی از دستگاه‌های رشته کن یا اسپیرل رو خریدم که داری چندین تیغه با برش های متفاوت هست و میشه انواع سبزیجات رو به صورت اسپاگتی یا طولی برش دادسرخ کرد یا تفت داد.

پوست سیب زمینی ها رو گرفته و سرو ته آن‌ها رو قطع می کنیم. سیب زمینی رو داخل دستگاه وصل می‌کنیم و شروع به برش دادن سیب زمینی ها می کنیم.

وقتی همه ی سیب زمینی ها آماده شدن داخل یک‌کاسه ی آب سرد ریخته تا نشاسته ی سیب زمینی شسته بشه که باعث میشه موقع سرخ کردن سیب زمینی ها بهم نچسبن.

و بعد در روغن زیاد سرخشون میکنیم و روش نمکفلفل – پودر سیر و پاپریکا می‌ریزیم.

Iranian food is a celebration of flavor, colour and spices such as: saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, dried rose petals, dried limes, cumin, .... I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
