Fried Sausage flowers with eggs

These lovely flowers made with fried sausages and eggs. Very easy and cute.



  • Sausages or hot dog
  • eggs
  • Fresh mint or dill leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or Oil



Cut the sausage in half lengthwise. Slice halfway through sausages. Form the sausage into a circle and secure the ends with cocktail sticks. Put the sausage in the frying pan. Add the egg to the centre of the sausage, season with salt and pepper and fry it.

سوسیس تخم مرغ به شکل گل

یک روش بامزه و قشنگ برای درست کردن سوسیس و تخم مرغ. خیلی آسون و اشتهابرانگیز مخصوصن برای بچه ها.

مواد اولیه

سوسیس آلمانی یا هات داگ

تخم مرغ

نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم

روغن یا کره

چند ساقه ی نعنا یا شوید تازه

طرز تهیه

سوسیس را به صورت طولی برش داده ودو نیم می کنیم. یک لبه ی سوسیس رو برش های کوتاه میدیم ( مطابق تصویر). سوسیس رو به صورت یکدایره در میاریم و با یک خلال دندان دو سر سوسیس رو به هم وصل می‌کنیم .

در تابه کمی کره یا روغن را گرم می کنیم. سوسیس رو کمی درروغن سرخ میکنیم و یک تخم مرغ رو وسط سوسیس میشکنیم. نمک و فلفل می‌زنیم و سرخشون میکنیم.

Iranian cuisine is a combination of rice with meat ( chicken, beef, lamb, fish, turkey), nuts, fruits, dried and fresh herbs and vegetables. Iranian food is a celebration of flavor, colour and spices such as: saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, dried rose petals, dried limes, cumin, .... I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
