Almond chocolate muffins

These almond muffins are easy to make , very rich and keeps well for next few days.


3 eggs
300g marzipan ( %25)
85g butter
60g cocoa powder
Strawberry jam

First of all preheat oven to 165 C. Put the marzipan and cocoa powder in a big bowl and mix it with your hand. Then, Transfer marzipan mixture to the bowl of food processor.

Crack the eggs and add eggs to the mixture one by one and slowly. Mix it after each egg addition. Melt butter and add it to the bowl. Grease inside the cup cakes tray. Put 2 tbs of cake mixture inside each cup. Bake it in the oven for about 12 minutes.
Dusting your cakes with icing sugar.

سه عدد تخم مرغ

سیصد گرم خمیر بادام= مارزیپان

هشتادوپنج گر م کره بدون نمک

شصت گرم پودر کاکائو

مربای توت فرنگی

طرز تهیه.
فر را روی حرارت 165 درجه ی سانتیگراد گرم کنید. پودر بادام و کاکائو را در یک کاسه ی بزرگ ریخته و با هم مخلوط کنید. سپس پودر مخلوط را داخل کاسه ی مخلوط کن ریخته و تخم مرغ ها را دانه دانه شکسته و به مخلوط پودر بادام افزوده و به آرامی مواد را هم بزنید. پس از هر بار اضافه کردن تخم مرغ – مایع را به آرامی هم بزندی. کره را آب کرده و به مواد بالا اضافه کنید.

داخل کاپ کیک ها را چرب کنید و داخل هر قالب 2 ق غ از مایع آماده شده را بریزید. سپس قالب را داخل فر گذاشته و به مدت 12 دقیقه آنها را بپزید.
وقتی کیک ها پخته شدند بگذارید خنک شوند . روی کیک ها کمی مربای توت فرنگی گذاشته و پودر قند بریزید.

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
