Cheese basket

It’s just fantastic to make a beautiful cheese cup/ basket or bowl. Absolutely gorgeous and yet fill it with rice/risotto – salad, cheese crackers, bread, ….


I have made plain cheese bowl but recipe is flexible and you can add nuts or dried herbs to the cheese.




200g shredded parmesan/ cheddar cheese

Frying pan

Parchment  paper

A glass or small bowl




Line the bottom of pan with parchment paper. Spread 3 tbsp shredded parmesan over the bottom to from a circle.

Cook for few minutes until cheese is bubbling and slightly brown. Remove the pan from the heat and let to cool for few second and place melted cheese over the bottom of a bowl or glass. Using your hand and mould the cheese. Allow to cool and harden. Fill as desired.

سبد پنیری

دیرود من این سبدهای فوق قشنگ رو با پنیر پارمزان و چدار درست کردم. من اینبار فقط با پنیر درست کردم ولی میشه سبزی خشک مثل شوید – آویشن و دانه ی کنجد یا … هم اضافه کرد.می تونید داخلش رو با کته ی ایتالیایی ریزوتو – ماکارونی – میوه یا پنیر پر کنید وآخر کار هم محتویات ظرف رو میل کنیدهم خود ظرف رو.

مواد لازم

دویست گرم پنیر پارمزان یا چدار نارنجی رنده شده

کاغذ آشپزی

یک لیوان یا یک پیاله ی کوچک

طرز تهیه

لیوان یا پیاله را به صورت سرو ته داخل یک بشقاب قرار می‌دهیم : مطابق تصویر

داخل تابه را با کاغذ آشپزی می پوشانیم. سه ق غ از پنیر رنده شده را به صورت گرد کف تابه پخش می‌کنیم و روی حرارت ملایم میگذاریم تا پنیر آب بشه. وقتی پنیر کاملن آب شد و روی آن حبابی شده از روی گاز بر می‌داریم و کاغذ آشپزی را داخل یک بشقاب میگذاریم که فوری سرد بشه و بعد کاغذ را روی لیوان سروته گذاشته و به آرامی پنیر را روی لیوان بر می گردانیم .

بایک دستمال کاغذی روی پنیر را به آرامی فشار می‌دهیم تا به لیوان بچسبه و میگذاریم برای 15-10 دقیقه بمونه تا سرد و خشک بشه و بعد با میوه و سبزی یا ماکارونی یا برنج و…. پر می‌کنیم

Iranian food is a celebration of flavor, colour and spices such as: saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, dried rose petals, dried limes, cumin, .... I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
