Cheddar cheese crackers

I love cheese and whatever made from cheese so making Cheese crackers at home is super easy plus taste great and looks amazing.

Ingredients

1 cup orange cheddar cheese, finely grated

½ cup all purpose flour

2 tbsp butter

½ tsp paprikar powder

1 tbsp cold water

Salt and pepper to taste

Method

In a large bowl add all dry ingredients and mashed it with your hand until we have a crumby cheese mixture. At the end add cold water and combine until the cheese mixture come together. Now we have a soft but not sticky cheese mixture. Wrap in plastic and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.

 

Preheat the oven to 180C degree.

After an hour, using a rolling pin and roll this out on a floured surface. Cut into strips and then cut each stripes into squares, rectangular or circles with a cutter. Use a wooden skewer to poke five small holes on each piece of cheese.

Cover baking tray with regular foil and grease very lightly. Transfer cheese pieces to the baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes, until browned. Allow to cool and then take from the foil and serve it.

کراکر پنیر چدار

یکی از تنقلات خوشمزه و سالم پنیر هست که میشه باهاش این کراکرهای خوشرنگ و مزه را درست کرد. فکر نمی‌کردم درست کردنش اینقدر آسون باشه ولی وقتی امروز تهیه اش کردم به خودم گفتم واقعن به این آسونی بود!!! در یک چشم بهم زدنه .

مواد لازم

یک پیمانه پنیر چدار نارنجی رنده شده

نصف پیمانه آرد همه منظوره

دو ق غ کره

نصف ق چ فلفل پاپریکا

نمک و فلفل به میزان نیاز

یک ق غ آب یخ

طرز تهیه

داخل یک‌کاسه تمام مواد را بجز آب هم می‌زنیم تا مخلوط بشوند. سپس آب یخ را اضافه کرده و خمیر را با دست ورز می‌دهیم تا به صورت نرم در آید ولی اصلن چسبناک نخواهد بود.

خمیرپنیری را با پلاستیک پیچیده و برای یک ساعت در یخچال قرار می دهیم.

بعد از یکساعت فر را روی حرارت 180 درجه ی سانتیگراد تنظیم می کنیم.

خمیر پنیری را روی سطح آردی قرار داده و با وردنه باز می کنیم. با استفاده ازکارد یا کاتر پیتزا خمیر را به صورت طولی برش داده و هر نوار رو به شکل مربع – مستطیل یا دایره های کوچک برش می دهیم.

داخل سینی فر را بافویل آشپزی می پوشانیم و روی آن را خیلی کم روغنی کرده و تکه‌های پنیر را داخل سینی می چینیم. روی هر تکه را با خلال دندان 5 سوراخ درست می کنیم.

داخل فر گذاشته تا به مدت 15 دقیقه بپزند و قهوه ای رنگ شوند.

وقتی از فر خارج کردیم برای دو سه دقیقه دست نزنید تا خنک شود و سپس از سینی به ظرف مورد نظرمنتقل کنید.
