Cheddar cheese crackers

I love cheese and whatever made from cheese so making Cheese crackers at home is super easy plus taste great and looks amazing.



1 cup orange cheddar cheese, finely grated

½ cup all purpose flour

2 tbsp butter

½ tsp paprikar powder

1 tbsp cold water

Salt and pepper to taste



In a large bowl add all dry ingredients and mashed it with your hand until we have a crumby cheese mixture. At the end add cold water and combine until the cheese mixture come together. Now we have a soft but not sticky cheese mixture. Wrap in plastic and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.


Preheat the oven to 180C degree.

After an hour, using a rolling pin and roll this out on a floured surface. Cut into strips and then cut each stripes into squares, rectangular or circles with a cutter. Use a wooden skewer to poke five small holes on each piece of cheese.

Cover baking tray with regular foil and grease very lightly. Transfer cheese pieces to the baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes, until browned. Allow to cool and then take from the foil and serve it.
