- 1 tin tuna, drained
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup pitted black olives and chopped
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1tsp paprika
- Salt, pepper to taste
Break up tuna with a fork. In a bowl, add the tuna, olives, bell peppers, eggs and mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Stir together . Refrigerate until serving.
