Tuna salad

A healthy, delicious , light and filling meal for lunch or dinner. Perfect in sandwich or wrap. Very easy to prepare and it’s ready in minutes.





  • 1 tin tuna, drained
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 cup pitted black olives and chopped
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1tsp paprika
  • Salt, pepper to taste




Break up tuna with a fork. In a bowl, add the tuna, olives, bell peppers, eggs and mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Stir together . Refrigerate until serving.

سالاد ماهی تن

یک غذای ساده – سالمخوشمزهسبک و مقوی برای وعده ی ناهار یا شام می باشد. سالاد ماهی تن را می‌شود هم با نان‌های ماشینی و ساندویچی و هم با نان‌های سنتی به صورت لقمه درست کرد. سالاد ماهی تن یک سالاد سرد می‌باشد که تهیه ی آن بسیار آسان و ظرف چند دقیقه انجام میشود


مواد اولیه

یک قوطی کنسرو ماهی تن

یک عدد فلفل دلمه ی کوچک خرد شده

یک سوم پیمانه زیتون سیاه هسته گرفته و خرد شده

یک سوم پیمانه سس مایونز

دو عدد تخم مرغ آبپز و خرد شده

یک ق چ فلفل پاپریکا: پاپریکا رنگ قرمز و طعم خیلی خوبی دارد بدون تندو تیز بودن

نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم


طرز تهیه

ماهی تن رابا چنگال خرد کنید. داخل یک‌کاسه ماهی تنزیتونفلفل دلمه – تخم مرغ هاسس مایونز را ریخته . نمک – فلفل و فلفل پاپریکا را نیز اضافه کنید . همه مواد را به آرامی با هم مخلوط کنید.

Iranian cuisine is a combination of rice with meat ( chicken, beef, lamb, fish, turkey), nuts, fruits, dried and fresh herbs and vegetables. Iranian food is a celebration of flavor, colour and spices such as: saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, dried rose petals, dried limes, cumin, .... I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
