Sausage spaghetti

This recipe is just fun  and super easy to prepare and combination of spices with pasta and sausages, oh my word, it is  tastyyyyyyyyyyyy.  And Just need few ingredients.


2-3 hotdog sausages
40g Spaghetti pasta
½ tbsp curry spice
Salt and flake chili to taste
Olive oil


Cut each sausage into 3 pieces. Break each single pasta into half. Attach several of pasta to a piece of sausages ( See the photo). Repeat process with remaining of the ingredients.
Bring the water to a boil. Add sausages to boiled water and cook for 10 minutes or until spaghetti is soft. Using a colander, drain it.


Heat the oil in a pan and curry powder and boiled sausages, season with salt and chili. Fry for 2-3 minutes. It’s done.
Enjoy it.



اسپاگتی سوسیس
تهیه ی این خوراک کلی کیف داره و آسونه و از همه مهمتر بخاطر ادویه ی کاری خیلی هم خوشمزه هست و فقط نیاز به دو سه مواد ضروری داره


مواد لازم
عدد سوسیس 
گرم پاستای اسپاگتی
ق غ ادویه کاری
نمک و دانه ی فلفل به میزان لازم
روغن زیتون


طرز تهیه
هر یک از سوسیس ها را به دو سه قسمت مساوی تقسیم کنید. پاستای اسپاگتی رو از وسط نصف کنید. به هر تکه از سوسیس ها 6-5 پاستا وصل کنید.
آب را به مرحله ی جوش برسانید. سوسیس ها را که با اسپاگتی هست داخل آبجوش ریخته و 10 دقیقه یا تا زمانی که اسپاگتی نرم شود بپزید. در آبکش ریخته تا آب اضافی خارج بشود.


روغن را در تابه گرم کنید – سوسیس اسپاگتی را با ادویه ی کاری – نمک و دانه ی فلفل برای 3-2 دقیقه تفت بدهید.

Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
