These gorgeous sugar made bowls are tasty and fun to make one of them. They look like a real crystal bowl.
300g white sugar
75ml cold water
200g glucose syrup
Helium quality balloons
Fill the balloons with water. This will be our base for sugar balls. Dry it with kitchen towel. Set the balloon upside down on a mug.
Add sugar along with glucose syrup and water in a pot. Stir it. Heat the syrup up to 150c.
Now remove from the heat and add food colouring and pour over the balloon. It will create an amazing beautiful ball shape.
Leave them to cool for about 2 hours or until dry. Then pierce the balloon and let it deflate.
.Fill them with ice cream, biscuits, fruits or with what ever you want.
