Garlic bread

Toasted bread with garlic is very tasty and easy to make. No need to special technique, simply slices of bread, butter and garlic, that’s it.

Slices of French bread, budget bread , ..
1-2 cloves of garlic
2-3 parsley stalks
Butter as much you preferred
Pinch of salt


Cut bread to slices. Toast them in a toaster or in sandwich maker or in the oven. Chop parsley finely. Grate garlic and melt butter. Mix all ingredients together. Rub butter mixture over the toasted bread and it is ready.

مواد لازم
یکی دو حبه سیر رنده شده – اگر دوست داشتید میتونه بیشتر هم باشه
نان گوشت دار مثل نان باگت
دوسه شاخه جعفری ریز خرد شده
کمی نمک


طرز تهیه
نان را به چند قسمت برش می دهیم و داخل تستر یا ساندویچ ساز گذاشته تا برشته شوند. کره را در تابه آب کنید. سیر- جعفری و کره را با هم مخلوط کنیدد و روی نان تست شده بریزید.
نان فوق العاده خوشمزه و تردی خواهید داشت.

Iranian cuisine is a combination of rice with meat ( chicken, beef, lamb, fish, turkey), nuts, fruits, dried and fresh herbs and vegetables. Iranian food is a celebration of flavor, colour and spices such as: saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, dried rose petals, dried limes, cumin, .... I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
