Cheddar cheese balls

Cheese balls are one of greatest cold/warm appetisers and easy to serve. There are different ways of preparing cheese balls. In my previous posts, I have shared some of my cheese balls recipes. For today, I prepared these deep fried cute little cheddar cheese balls.

Ingredients

300g cheddar cheese, grated

1 egg yolk, beaten

1 clove of garlic, grated

pinch of black pepper to taste

handful fresh dill leaves, finely chopped

2 slices of bread

bread crumbs

Preparation

In a big bowl with grated cheddar cheese, add grated garlic, chopped dill leaves and diced bread and black pepper. Mix everything well. Make small balls. Dip in beaten egg and then coat with bread crumbs. Deep fry and serve with sweet chilli sauce.

توپک پنیر چدار

توپک پنیر یکی از بهترین گزینه ها به عنوان پیش غذا می‌باشد که میتوان به صورت سردیا گرم صرف کرد. سرو این نوع پیش غذا آسان هم هست. دستور های متفاوت و فراوانی برای تهیه ی توپک پنیر وجود دارد . من هم در پیجم چند دستور متفاوت را قبلن به اشتراک گذاشتم. امروز هم توپک پنیر چدار با طعم شوید/سیر رو تهیه کردم.

مواد لازم

300 گرم پنیر چدار رنده شده

1 زرده ی تخم مرغ

به اندازه ی یک مشت شوید تازه ی خرد شده

2 تکه نان تستی

1 حبه سیر رنده شده

فلفل به میزان لازم

آرد سوخاری

طرز تهیه

داخل یک پیاله پنیر چدار رنده شده را با شوید و نان تست خرد شدهسیر رنده شده و فلفل مخلوط کنید وبا دست ورز بدهید تا به صورت خمیر سفتی در آید. از خمیر توپک های کوچکی تهیه کنید و اول داخل زرده ی تخم مرغ قرار داده و بعد در آرد سوخاری بغلطانید.

داخل یک قابلمه روغن را داغ کنید و توپک هارا سرخ کنید.این توپک ها با سس چیلی شیرین سرو کنید
