Choban salati ( Shepherd’s salad)

A delightful Turkish salad. Very simple, healthy and delicious with very beautiful dressing consists lemon juice, salt and olive oil.

Ingredients
1 Cucumber
1 Tomato
1 Onion
1 Bell pepper
Small bunch of Parsley leaves
1 lime or lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Finely chop cucumber, tomato, onion, parsley and bell pepper. Add olive oil, lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and gently mix together.
Done

سالاد چوپان
یک سالاد معروف و خوشمزه از کشور ترکیه هست. در عین سادگی و ارزانی بسیار خوشمزه بوده و تقریبن شبیه به سالاد شیرازی خودمونه فقط در این سالاد جعفری هم استفاده شده.

 

مواد لازم

یک عدد خیار

یک عدد گوجه فرنگی

یک عدد پیاز

یک عدد فلفل دلمه

یک  عدد لیمو ترش

چند برگ جعفری

نمک و فلفل به میزان نیاز

روغن زیتون

 

طرز تهیه
تمام مواد سالاد را بسیار ریز خرد کنید و با آبلیمو- نمک و فلفل و روغن زیتون مخلوط نمایید.
سالاد آماده هست.

Iranian food is a celebration of flavor, colour and spices such as: saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, dried rose petals, dried limes, cumin, .... I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
