Crunchy cream horns very easy and fun to make. Result is just impressive 🙂
1 sheet puff pastry
3 Tbsp sugar
Preheat the oven at 180C.
Place puff pastry on the floured surface and unfold puff pastry sheet.
Roll the pastry and using a cutter to slice the dough into strips.
Rub a little butter around the cone horn molds. Wrap each dough strip around the mold.
Place the rolled molds on a baking sheet. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes or until it is golden.
Once rolled dough ready. Let cool.
Direction for preparing cream: after whipping cream, add sugar and blend well.
Using a tea spoon and fill in pastry cones with cream. Dip into chopped fruits and dried nut.
Dust with powder sugar.
