Date Energy Balls

These peanuts-orange date balls no need to bake. Very easy to make them and are just yummy and perfect for snacking and good choice for vegan and vegetarians.



2 cups soft dates, pitted
1 cup salted peanuts or other nuts such as walnuts-pistachio, almonds, cashew
1 cup oat
1 large orange



Place dates, peanuts, oat and orange zest into a blender or food processor. Process for 2-3 minutes until crumbly.

Remove from processor and then roll tablespoons of mixture between your hands to form balls.
Put them on a plate. You can serve it plane or roll them in cinnamon powder, cocoa powder, dried rose petals, chilli powder or coconut powder. Store the date balls in a container in the fridge.
