Mashed potato grilled sandwich with cheddar cheese

Potato, potato, potato. Whatever you make with potatoes are yummy. Taste of mashed potatoes with cheddar cheese and jalapeno peppers is just delicious. You can use any bread you prefer. It is pretty easy and quick to make.

Ingredients
2 large potatoes
100 g cheddar cheese , shredded
2 Tbsp pickled jalapeno pepper, chopped
Persian Lavash bread or  any flat bread like tortilla bread
Salt to taste

Method
Boil potatoes until they are cooked. Peel them. Mash potatoes in a large bowl. Add shredded cheese, jalapeno pepper and salt. Mix very well. Check the seasoning.

Take some portion of potato mixture and spread over the bread. Place sandwiches in the sandwich maker, cover it and let to grill for 3-4 minutes.
If there is left some of potato mixture, simply make potato-cheese balls and serve it with potato sandwiches. Both are very tasty.

ساندویچ سیب زمینی کوبیده با پنیر چدار
سیب زمینی رو هر جور که بپزید و تهیه کنید خوشمزه هست و همه دوست دارن. مزه ی سیب زمینی کوبیده با پنیر چدار آب شده و فلفل هالوپینو خیلی خوشمزه هست . برای تهیه ی این ساندویچ فوق آسون می تونید از هر نوع نونی که ترجیح می دید استفاده کنید.

 

مواد لازم

دو عدد سیب زمینی درشت

صد گرم پنیر چدار رنده شده

دو ق غ فلفل هالوپینو خرد شده

نان لواش یا تورتیلا

نمک به میزان لازم

 

طرز تهیه
سیب زمینی ها را تا نرم پخته شدن بپزید. پوست آنها را جدا کرده و با گوشت کوب له کنید. پنیر چدار رنده شده – فلفل هالوپینو و نمک را اضافه کرده و همه ی مواد را خوب مخلوط کنید
مقداری از مخلوط سیب زمینی را روی نان پخش کنید. ساندویچ ها را داخل ساندویچ میکر قرار داده و برای 4-3 دقیقه برشته کنید . اگر از مخلوط سیب زمینی ها باقی ماند می توانید آن را به صورت کوفته های کوچک در آورده و با ساندویچ ها میل کنید.
