Pan fried Naan

This recipe for flat Naan (bread), is pretty quick to make, no need to oven and lovely for making any kind of sandwiches. It would takes 15 minutes to prepare and 2-3 minute to bake.



Pan fried naan
1 cup all purpose flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
¾ cup of water
Vegetable oil


In a bowl with flour, add baking powder, salt and water. Combine all ingredients together and make a loose dough. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.




Heat the pan without oil. Take one Tbs of dough and spread in pan and make a small round shape dough. While one side bakes, pour few drops oil on the surface of dough. Then flip over and let to bake other side.






نان تابه ای فوق سریع
این دستور تهیه برای نان خیلی خیلی سریع هست و هیچ احتیاجی به اجاق یا تنور نداره و در تابه تهیه میشه .فقط نیاز به 15 دقیقه تهیه ی مواد و 3-2 دقیقه برای پخت نان. همین.

مواد لازم

یک پیمانه آرد

یک ق غ بیکینگ پودر

کمی نمک

سه چهارم پیمانه آب

کمی روغن مایع

طرز تهیه
داخل یه کاسه آرد را با بیکینگ پودر و نمک و آب خوب مخلوط کنید. خمیر تهیه شده شل خواهد بود. بزارید خمیر 15 دقیقه استراحت کنه.
یک تابه را گرم کنید ( بدون روغن) . یک قاشق غذا خوری از خمیر رو بردارید و داخل تابه به شکل دایره پخش کنید . در حالیکه نون داره می پزه رویش دوسه قطره روغن بریزید. بعد نون رو برگردونید که روی دیگه ی نون هم بپزه. باقی خمیر ور هم بهمین ترتیب پخت کنید. یک بشقاب پر نون خونگی خوشمزه و فوری آماده شده خواهید داشت .

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
