Strawberry tart jelly

It’s very easy tart to make it.



Strawberry tart jelly


1 cup unsalted butter

2 cups all purpose flour

½ cup sugar

300g Strawberries, sliced

1 strawberry jelly packet


How to make it

Preheat the oven to 180C.

Mix together flour, butter and sugar. Grease baking tray with butter. Press and flatten flour mixture into the tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.





To make the jelly, follow the instruction on the back of the jelly packet. Add sliced strawberries to the prepared jelly. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until slightly firm. Then spread it top of the baked flour base. Refrigerate it until firm.





تارت ژلی توت فرنگی

یکی از آسان‌ترین تارت هایی هست که میشه تهیه کرد.

مواد اولیه

1 پیمانه کره ی بدون نمک

2 پیمانه آرد

½ پیمانه شکر

300 گرم توت فرنگی ورقه شده

1 بسته ژل توت فرنگی

طرز تهیه

فر را با حرارت 180 درجه ی سانتیگراد گرم کنید.

آرد را با کره و شکر مخلوط می کنیم.کف سینی فر را با کره چرب کرده و خمیر آماده شده را کف سینی پهن می‌کنیم و در فر برای 12-10 دقیقه خمیر را می پزیم. سینی را از فر خارج کرده و اجازه می‌دهیم سرد شود.

ژل را طبق دستور روی بسته آماده می کنیم. توت فرنگی‌ها ی ورقه شده را به ژل اضافه می‌کنیم و برای 2 ساعت در یخچال نگه می‌داریم تا کمی خود را بگیرد. سپس ژل نیمه آماده را روی بیسکویت پخته شده می‌ریزیم و تمام سطح آن را می پوشانیم. مجددن تارت را داخل یخچال می‌گذاریم تا زمانیکه ژل خود را کاملن بگیرد

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
