Strawberry Tart Jelly

It’s very easy tart to make it.

Strawberry tart jelly

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter

2 cups all purpose flour

½ cup sugar

300g Strawberries, sliced

1 strawberry jelly packet

How to make it

Preheat the oven to 180C.

Mix together flour, butter and sugar. Grease baking tray with butter. Press and flatten flour mixture into the tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

To make the jelly, follow the instruction on the back of the jelly packet. Add sliced strawberries to the prepared jelly. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until slightly firm. Then spread it top of the baked flour base. Refrigerate it until firm.
