Pan fried minced kebab

Kebab is Persian favourite. They are cooked on a grill, on a skewer over a fire or  in a frying pan and all of them  are delicious. Here is very easy peasy way to prepare your lovely pan fried kebab.


Pan fried minced kebab


200g minced beef or lamb

2 large tomatoes, grated

1 onion, finely grated

1 small bell pepper, finely chopped

1 tsp sumac powder

Salt and pepper to taste





It’s very easy and quick to make this lovely minced kebab. In a bowl with grated onions, add minced meat, grated tomatoes, chopped bell pepper and seasoning with salt and pepper.


When all ingredients thoroughly combined heat oil in a frying pan, and place meat mixture in the pan and fry until brown.



Now it’s time for sumac. Drop some olive oil on a roll bread and sprinkle sumac powder on it. Now spread fried kebab on the bread and garnish with fresh mint and slices of radish and onion.



کباب تابه ای

کباب از غذاهای مورد علاقه ی همه واز جمله ما ایرانی هاست. کباب رو میشه روی ذغالداخل فر یا تابه تهیه کرد. دستور تهیه ی این کباب تابه ای خیلی آسون هست و سریع تهیه میشه. یعنی اگه احساس تنبلی می‌کنید این کباب تابه ای در عرض کمتر از یکساعت و فقط با مواد اولیه ی خیلی کم تهیه میشه و خیلی هم خوشمزه و نرم و آبدار هست.

مواد لازم

دویست گرم گوشت چرخ کرده ی گوساله یا گوسفند

دو عدد گوجه‌فرنگی درشت رنده شده

یک عدد پیاز رنده شده

یک عدد فلفل دلمه ی کوچک ریز خرد شده

یک ق چ سماق

نمک و فلفل به میزان نیاز



طرز پخت

تهیه ی این کباب فقط نیم ساعت کار داره. داخل یک کاسه پیاز رنده شده رو با گوشت چرخ کردهگوجه‌فرنگی رنده شدهفلفل دلمه ی خرد شده و نمک و فلفل مخلوط می‌کنیم – وقتی مخلوط گوشت خوب ورز داده شد روغن رو در تابه گرم می‌کنیم و مخلوط گوشت رو داخل تابه می‌ریزیم و گوشت رو سرخ می‌کنیم تا رنگش قهوه ای بشه.

حالا روی نان مورد نظرمون مقداری روغن زیتون می‌ریزیم و سماق رو اینجا روی نون می‌زنیم و کباب آماده رو روی نان می‌ریزیم و با نعناتربچه و پیاز سرو می کنیم.
