This dish is an easy meal and simple to make. If you love pasta, You will amaze how much it is delicious.
5 vermicelli pasta nests
2 medium carrots, peeled and finely cut
2 small red-orange bell peppers, finely diced
2 medium susages, finely chopped
½ cup green peas
½ Tsp turmeric
1 Tbsp curry powder
1 Tsp cumin
1 Tsp coriander
Salt – chili powder to taste
Heat the oil in a skillet, saute chopped carrots for 5 minutes. Add chopped sausages, spices and green peas. Fry 10 minutes more.
In a pot with water, add 1 Tsp salt, 1 Tbsp oil. Bring the water to a boil, pour vermicelli pasta nests inside the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain it.
Stir in vegetables mixture well and serve it.
