Vermicelli pasta nests with vegetables

This dish is an easy dish and simple to make. If you love pasta, You will amaze how much it is delicious.

Ingredients
5 vermicelli pasta nests
2 medium carrots, peeled and finely cut
2 small red-orange bell peppers, finely diced
2 medium susages, finely chopped
½ cup green peas
½ Tsp turmeric
1 Tbsp curry powder
1 Tsp cumin
1 Tsp coriander
Salt – chili powder to taste
Oil

 
Preparation
Heat the oil in a skillet, saute chopped carrots for 5 minutes. Add chopped sausages, spices and green peas. Fry 10 minutes more.
In a pot with water, add 1 Tsp salt, 1 Tbsp oil. Bring the water to a boil, pour vermicelli pasta nests inside the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain it.
Stir in vegetables mixture well and serve it.

پاستای ورمیشل آشیانه ای با سبزیجات
این غذا در عین سادگی بسیار سریع آماده می شود. اگر طرفدار غذاهای از نوع پاستا هستید متعجب خواهید شد چقدر لذیذ و خوشرنگ و بو می باشد.

 

مواد لازم

پنج دسته پاستای ورمیشل لانه ای

دو هویج متوسط خرد شده

دو فلقل دلمه ی قرمز و نارنجی کوچک – خرد شده

دو سوسیس خرد شده

نصف پیمانه نخود سبز

نصف ق چ زردچوبه

یک ق غ ادویه ی کاری
5 دسته پاستای ورمیشل لانه ای
یک ق چ زیره

یک ق چ پودر تخم گشنیز

نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم

روغن

طرز تهیه
داخل تابه کمی روغن ریخته و گرم کنید. هویج های خرد شده را بریزید و 5 دقیقه تفت دهید. سپس سوسیس های خرد شده – ادویه ها و نخود سبز را به هویج اضافه کنید وبگذارید برای 10 دقیقه ی دیگربپزد.
داخل قابلمه مقداری آب ریخته و 1 ق چ نمک و 1 ق غ روغن به آن اضافه کنید و قتی آب بجوش آمد پاستاهای ورمیشل لانه ای را داخل آبجوش ریخته وبرای 5 دقیقه آن را بپزید- آبکش کنید و روی مخلوط سبزیجات سرخ شده ریخته و به آرامی همه را با هم مخلوط کنید .
