Butter-raisins donuts muffins

Ingredients for muffins
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup cold milk
¼ cup butter
¾ Tsp nutmeg powder
1Tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp raisins and candied orange peel
Ingredients for dipping
½ cup sugar
1 Tsp cinnamon
150 g butter

Preheat the oven to 190 C.
Melt the butter. In a bowl with melted butter, add sugar and nutmeg, mix together. Then, add milk and baking powder and at the end mix with flour until combine.
Grease inside the muffins pan. Fill muffins moulds with the mixture. Place some raisins and candied orange peel in the centre of muffin mixture and push inside.
Bake muffins in the oven for 20 minutes. Once they are baked, allow to cool.
Now for dipping mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Melt the butter in separate bowl. Now, dip each muffin into the melted butter and then dip in the sugar/cinnamon mixture and serve them.

مواد لازم

یک پیمانه آرد همه منظوره

نصف پیمانه شکر سفید

نصف پیمانه شیر سرد

یک چهارم ق چ جوز هندی

یک ق چ بیکینگ پودر

دو ق غ کشمش و پوست پرتقال شکری

مواد لازم برای تزیین

یک سوم پیمانه شکر سفید

یک ق چ پودر دارچین

صدوپنجاه گرم کره

طرز تهیه
فر را بر روی 190 درجه ی سانتیگراد گرم کنید.
کره را آب نمایید و آن را با شکر و جوز هندی مخلوط کنید. سپس شیر و بیکینگ پودر را اضافه کنید و هم بزنید و در آخر آرد را اضافه کرده و همه ی مواد را با هم خوب مخلوط کنید.
داخل قالب های مافین را چرب کنید. مایع کیک را داخل قالبها ریخته و وسط هر یک از مافین ها کمی کشمش و پوست پرتقال شکری بریزید.
قالب را داخل فر گذاشته و برای 20 دقیقه بپزید. وقتی کیک ها آماده شدند بگذارید خنک شوند.
برای تزیین – ابتدا کره را آب کنید و در یک پیاله ی دیگر شکر و دارجین را با هم مخلوط کنید. حالا- کیک ها را دانه دانه اول در کره ی آب شده فرو کنید و سپس در مخلوط شکر بغلطانید.

Iranian food is a celebration of flavor, colour and spices such as: saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, dried rose petals, dried limes, cumin, .... I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
