Cheese egg bread

Slices of cheese egg bread would go lovely with a bowl of hot soup. could make it very quickly.

 

Ingredients

100 g shredded orange cheddar cheese

1 egg

Slices of bread

2 spring onions, finely chopped

1 tsp mustard

 

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200C.

In a bowl, mix shredded cheddar cheese, with egg, mustard and spring onions. Coat cheese mixture all over the slices of breads. Place them in the oven and bake them for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.

 

نان تست با پنیر و تخم مرغ

این نون تست های پنیری هم به تنهایی می تونن یک میان وعده ی سبک و خوشمزه باشن هم میتونن با یک پیاله سوپ گرم همراهی کنن و حسابی به آدم میچسبه

مواد لازم

چند تکه نان

صد گرم پنیر چدار نارنچی رنده شده

یک عدد تخم مرغ

دو ساقه پیازچه ی خرد شده

یک ق چ سس خردل

طرز تهیه

فر را روی حرارت دویست درجه ی سانتیگراد گرم می کنیم.

.داخل یک کاسه پنیر رنده شده را با تخم مرغ – پیازچه های خرد شده و سس خردل مخلوط و روی نان ها پخش می کنیم.

قطعه نان ها را داخل فر قرار داده و برای  پنج دقیقه یا زمانی که پنیرذوب شده وسطح آن طلایی شود آنها را می پزیم.

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
