Garlic bread with cheese

I never can say NO to garlic bead. This recipe is one easiest recipes for preparing garlic bread.

Ingredients

one budget bread or Ciabatta loaf

2 cloves of garlic, grated

50g melted butter

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Pinch of chilli pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175C.

Mix melted butter with grated garlic. Place bread on a baking tray and brush butter mixture on bread. Then, sprinkle over the cheese mixture and pinch of chilli pepper. Bake in the oven for 10- 15 minutes and until cheese is melted and lightly brown.

نان سیردار با پنیر مخلوط

نان سیردار جزو اون دسته از نونهایی هست که نمیشه بهش نه گفت خیلی خوشمزه هست و با سوپ یا به تنهایی خیلی لذیذه.

مواد لازم

یک عدد نان چیاباتا یا باگت

دو حبه سیر رنده شده

پنجاه گرم کره ی آب شده

یک دوم پیمانه پنیر چدار رنده شده

یک دوم پیمانه پنیر مازارا رنده شده

کمی فلفل قرمز

طرز تهیه

فر را روی حرارت ۱۷۵ درجه ی سانتیگراد گرم می کنیم.

کره ی آب شده را با سیر رنده شده مخلوط و با برس روی نان می زنیم. نان را روی سینی فر قرار می دیم و پنیرهای رنده شده را روی تمام سطح نان پخش می‌کنیم و کمی فلفل قرمز هم اضافه می کنیم و در فر قرار می‌دهیم تا برای ده پانزده دقیقه بپزد و پنیرها آب شده و قهوه ای رنگ شوند.
