Green beans stew with beef

Green beans which are called  Lubeyaa in Persian language, is such a great  stew full of flavor, taste and colour. It’s made either with fresh or frozen green beans.
Ingredients
200 g green beans
250 g diced beef
2 large onions, cut into small pieces
2 cloves of garlic
4 medium tomatoes, diced
3-4 tsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp turmeric
Salt- chili powder as desired
Olive oil
Preparation
Cook diced meat in water until tender, set aside.
While meat is cooking, wash green beans and trim off stems and chop into desired size. Cut tomatoes into chunks and slice cloves of garlic, and peel onions and cut them into small pieces. set aside.
Heat the oil in a pan, add onions and fry in until soft. Then, add spices and beans and fry to 10 minutes and then add , tomatoes , garlic, cooked meat, fresh lime juice and 2 cups of water to the pan. Cover the pan with a lid, and cook over medium heat until beans are cooked ( 15 minutes). Stirring occasionally and adjust seasoning.
Serve it with fluffy rice.

 

¬خورش لوبیا سبز با گوشت گوساله
برای تهیه ی این خورش بسیار خوش رنگ و طعم  می توانید با لوبیا سبز تازه یا فریز شده تهیه کنید.

مواد لازم

دویست و پنجاه گرم گوشت خورشتی گوساله

دویست گرم لوبیا سبز

دو عدد پیاز بزرگ خرد شده

دو حبه سیر

جهار عدد گوجه فرنگی

سه – چهار ق غ آبلیمو

یک ق چ زردچوبه

نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم

روغن زیتون

طرز تهیه
گوشت را از قبل پخته و آماده نگه دارید. لوبیا سبز ها را شسته و دو سر آنها را قطع کرده و در اندازه های دلخواه خرد کنید. گوجه فرنگی ها را درشت خرد کنید. حبه های سیر را ورقه ورقه خرد نمایید. پیاز ها را پوست گرفته و آنها را نیز خرد نمایید.
در یک تابه مقداری روغن را گرم کرده و پیاز ها را تفت دهید تا نرم شوند. ادویه ها و لوبیا های آماده شده را به پیاز افزوده و 10 دقیقه روی حرارت تفت دهید . سپس گوجه ها و سیر خرد شده – گوشت پخته شده – آب لیموی تازه و 2 لیوان آب به خورش اضافه کنید. درتابه را گذاشته و اجازه دهید برای 15 دقیقه روی حرارت ملایم پخته شده و خورش جا بیفتد.گاهی خورش را همزده و مزه کنید اگر نیاز به نمک و فلفل بیشتری هست اضافه نمایید.
این خورش بسیار لذیذ را با کته /پلو میل کنید.
